How It Works

Your order is waiting for payment. Send the exact amount shown to the address on the page, ideally in one payment. Watch the countdown: the price is only kept until it ends. You can close the page. We’ll email you when your payment is confirmed.

You sent less than the total. The page shows how much is still missing. Send just that missing amount to the same address, which is still shown on the page, before the countdown ends.

Nothing more to do. We are waiting for the network to confirm it. This can take a few minutes, or up to an hour for bigger orders. The page updates by itself.

Your payment is confirmed and your order is being prepared. We’ll email you. Nothing else to do.

You paid more than the order needed. Your order is processed as normal. If you have an account, the extra is added to your wallet credit and we email you about it. If you ordered without an account, we email you to arrange a refund of the extra.

The time ran out. Do not send anything to the old address. Press Get a new address to pay the amount that is still missing. If you have just paid, wait a moment: the page updates by itself.

Your money came after the countdown ended, so it does not pay the order. It is not lost: it is added to your wallet credit (log in to see it) and you can use it on a new order. If you ordered without an account, we will contact you to refund it.

No need to worry. Our team will look at your payment and sort out anything that needs fixing. You do not need to do anything, and please don’t send anything more. We’ll email you as soon as we have checked it.

The order was not paid in time, so it was cancelled and the items were released. Please do not send payment. If something arrives anyway, it becomes wallet credit.
